Eating clean works:) Progress update

Many have been asking what my workout looks like.  I run 4 to 5 days a week for 30 to 45 min.  And lift weights 3 times a week for 45 min.  My calorie intake is somewhere around 1600.  With on "free meal" a week.  My next check in with my coach Kristi Tauti (owner of Iphysique in Hillsboro) is Thursday.  Stay tuned as I will post updates:) For those wanting to "jump" into 2014 bringing a healthier you.  Don't hesitate to contact me:)  Happy New year Everyone!

My journey for my first bikini competition in spring 2014!

A little over a month ago I decided to do a bikini competition next spring.  I hired Kristi Tauti with Team IPhysique.  With a little more than a month I have lost over 3% bodyfat and gained over 5lbs of muscle! What am I doing you ask?  I eat clean.  Nothing processed, no sugar or anything refined.  I drink a ton of water ( and yes I know where all the bathrooms stops are on the way to my kids school and work...lol)  The misconception alot of times is calorie restriction.  Actually, I eat ALOT!  And every 3 hours (6 times a day).  When I first started eating clean I felt like I was eating too much.  It was especially hard eating all the food at breakfast time.  Then my body got used to it and I looked forward to  my morning breakfast.  I am so excited for my new adventure and look forward to all the changes to come!  Stay tuned.  I will be reporting progress every two weeks!
