Many have been asking what my workout looks like. I run 4 to 5 days a week for 30 to 45 min. And lift weights 3 times a week for 45 min. My calorie intake is somewhere around 1600. With on "free meal" a week. My next check in with my coach Kristi Tauti (owner of Iphysique in Hillsboro) is Thursday.
